Our challenge
Being a Family Allowances Fund is tough. You know families rarely switch funds. And you know your benefits are irrelevant, because they are identical everywhere. So, you’re all fighting for the same audience of young parents.
This led to a simple, yet daunting question: why choose Camille? Especially when you know new mothers and fathers really have other things on their mind than filling out paperwork to join a Family Allowances Fund.
Oh, and could we also redefine Camille’s role: from an institution that pays allowances to a true companion for families?
Our solution
We started thinking about young parents and all their firsts: changing that first nappy, getting through the first sleepless night…
Surviving these moments are true performances, we thought. And they need to be celebrated.
This is also how Camille supports parents: by showing they truly understand what young families are going through.
